Neobux is the first one I got paid from. Pays up to 1.5 cents per click
and the minimum payout is $2.00. Payout is INSTANT. Recent changes have made things different,
not necessarily better or worse, but originally there were at least 4 permanent ads worth 1 cent each.
They are now .1 cent but there seem to be more available so earning is increasing.
Took about 45 days to reach minimum. Once you reach
payout, it increases by $1 each time. I have been paid 7 times so far
and they have paid instantly each time.

LogiPTC has lots of ads, a toolbar so you know when ads are available,
and pays quickly. I earned the minimum $5 for payout in about 2 weeks the
first time and received payment in a couple days. I've been paid often and on time.

DonkeyMails pays like they claim. They pay twice a month so from
request to payout may be as much as two weeks. No minimum
payout with Liberty Reserve, $1 with PayPal. They have a little of
everything, PTC,PTR, PTP, Paid signups, etc. I have been paid more than 6 times
so far. Always on time and no fee.

They are very good at paying on time as advertised. $10 minimum payout
can take a while as a standard member, opt for the upgrade
it's well worth it.
They send a couple emails a day which are worth $.02 each to click
and have a minimum payout of $30 so it does take some time to reach
minimum payout. They have other ways of making money also to speed
this up, Surveys and sign-ups. I have been paid and payment came on time.

Lots of false claims. Cleared out accounts and required re-signup just as I reached payout.
Most ads are self generated meaning no real revenue.
