Get Response- This service has many options and tools to help your business keep in
touch with your list. Try the free trial account and see how reliable
they are. They have a good rate of delivery and are very easy to set up.
Free Autobot.com- This service is completely free, but there are many ads and pop-ups that you need to endure. I'm
also not completely sold on their reliability. This is a good choice for a very limited budget when
just starting out.
AWeber Communications- This service is used by many of the big guns in internet marketing and claims to have great reliability.
They also seem to have a very good support system and are very helpful in getting things set up.
